ANTONIO LUIS, M.D

Dr. Luis completed his Psychiatry Residency at Beth Israel Hospital in New York City. He has been in General Psychiatric Practice since 1983. He enjoys working with patients all across the age spectrum from children and adolescents to adults and geriatrics. He specializes in medication management of patients with psychiatric diagnosis and cutting edge non-invasive treatment of depression with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. Dr. Luis is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. Dr. Luis is your home town psychiatrist, having been in private practice in the Middle Georgia area for over 15 years.

Tomica Binns, PMHNP-BC

Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

With over 27 years of experience in nursing, mental health, and medical care, Tomica is a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Her journey began in 1998 as a Licensed Practical Nurse, with providing care in long-term care and correctional settings. She became a Registered Nurse in 2002 after earning her Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from Middle Georgia College and went on to gain extensive experience in medical-surgical and psychiatric nursing.

In 2016, Tomica advanced her education with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Chamberlain University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in Psychiatric Mental Health from Walden University in 2019. Her clinical expertise spans both inpatient psychiatric units and telehealth platforms, where she continues to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Passionate about mental health advocacy, especially in underserved communities, Tomica uses evidence-based practices to empower her patients and improve mental health outcomes. Her comprehensive background in diverse clinical environments equips her to meet individuals where they are and guide them toward healing and stability.

Ines Luis

My name is Ines Luis, I am a License Master Social Worker and fluent in English and Spanish. I attended Savannah State University for the MSW degree in 2011. Since then, I have worked in the community with various populations including families, children, adolescents, and adults.


My passion is to empower by providing a safe place where individuals can share their authentic –“true “selves, and together, we explore strengths and the solutions. Are you feeling overwhelmed by life? Experiencing more negative thoughts than positive? I will use a variety of therapeutic methods in my toolbox to help you become a healthy happy human being.
